Janette started working at Scott Air Conditioning in December 2003 and has over 20 years of customer service experience.  Her specialties include all aspects of secretarial and office administration. Janette is well educated in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Pro from her studies at Bucks County Community College. She is reliable, friendly, eager to please the customers, organized, thorough and proficient with the computer and Internet. 

Ian is one of our newest employees, and at 18-years-old has just entered into the HVAC field. He is currently in training for both service and installation. His education is from Lincoln Tech, Trane and Lennox. Ian is eager to learn and highly motivated. We at Scott Air Conditioning look forward to a long and successful relationship with him.
